Improved Access Services

A system that drives down administrative overheads whilst facilitating the best possible level of service

Tailored specifically for Primary Care workforce management, across multiple clinical services, it handles much more than scheduling and rostering of staff and includes professional profile management for clinicians, induction, billing and performance tracking.

Welcome to the Improving Access Workforce Tool

Sophisticated logic, Friendly interface, Intelligent automation

JAN 2021

We are currently supporting the local COVID response, operating vaccine clinics.

If you have just registered and are waiting to be assigned shifts, please bear with us. We are working hard to process a high volume of registrations and carry out the various checks required before enabling new accounts.

Once an account is enabled within our Vaccine Hub, we will see any availability you give through your Schedule and you will start to see any unfilled shifts in our rota as self-assignment shifts, in your Schedule.

Assignment and self-assignments in your Schedules generate email notifications and reminders closer to the shift date / time.

You can register your interest to work for the following Improving Access Hubs:

  • EHS Brighton & Hove
  • IAS High Weald, Lewes & Havens
  • COVID response Hubs

We are looking to sign up:

  • GPs
  • Nurses / ANPs
  • Paramedics
  • Pharmacists
  • Other Health Care professionals
  • HCA/Phlebotomists
  • Practice Administrators

Note; If you are a Dentist, Consultant, Lab technician, Physiotherapist or other Health Care professional, please signup using the Health Care professional option and choose your profession within that signup form.
